GaitAid and Brain stroke gait

GaitAid is a walking movement feedback device designed to improve the walking ability for people who have had a stroke.

Easy to Use at home and other safe walking environments.

Invented by MIT educated Professor Baram while working at NASA, the GaitAid provides visual and auditory cues through a set of special glasses and headphones. Simply walking with the device on trains the brain and the resulting movement is a smoother, more natural walking motion.

Stroke patients often report to us a dramatic improvement in walking from their first practice session. Others feel only a slight improvement at first which increases with further practice. On average, a two week period of practice with the GaitAid for 20 minutes a day, brings a significant lasting improvement in walking.

Most importantly, clients are reporting an improved quality of life. Grateful to be able to take charge of their illness. Click here to read client testimonials.

Unlike drugs or surgery, the GaitAid has no associated risks and no side effects. Nor does it create a dependency like a walker or cane which create additional problems of unbalanced posture. With the GaitAid, you practice for a few minutes and gain a lasting improvement - your walking becomes more balanced even when not using the device.

We cannot guarantee what kind of experience you will have with the device. 80% of our clients are very happy with their GaitAid. We do guarantee a full 30 day trial period so you can see for your self if the GaitAid is right for you. If not you may return it for a refund - no questions asked.

The GaitAid is easy to use. No training is necessary to learn how to use it. Practice sessions can be done at home, at your clinic or any other safe walking environment.
